1. Print text, image, photo in normal positive mode.

2. Use the manual feed (manual feed) of the printer in the Heavy Mode setting.

3. If desired, cut out the contours using a plotter with an optical eye function

4. Adjust the blade to cut only the printing film, not the polyester carrier, then the weeds.

5. Place the mass on the textile so that the image is visible and protect the tape with baking paper.

6. Hot pressing at 140°C / 15 seconds on an automatic press with a pressure of 5 bar (70 PSI) or max.

7. Peel off the baking paper and application tape after cooling.

Pressure: 5 bar (70 PSI) on automatic press, maximum pressure on manual press.

Washing temperature: 40°C

RECOMMENDATION

1. Wait 24 hours before washing.

RESUBLIMATION

You can transfer sublimated printed polyester at 120°C-5/10s - wash at 30°C
Apply UNITAPE 501 application tape after printing, cutting (positive mode) and weeding

IRON APPLICATION

( A4 SHEETS ) or 502 ( with insert ) to transfer the image to the garment. Protect the tape with pastry
paper, set the iron. Do not use any steam. Press hard, from
center towards the edges. Peel off the tape when cold.
